Our primary practice is Vinyasa Flow—a breath-guided sequence that cultivates strength, flexibility, and inner focus. Morning sessions awaken and energise, while evenings offer a gentler, more grounding experience.

Barre at NABOA is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that blends ballet-inspired movement with elements of yoga, Pilates, and strength training. Set in our open-air jungle studio, classes use small, precise movements to tone the core, glutes, thighs, and arms. Props like light weights, bands, or the barre add support. Suitable for all levels, it’s a mindful way to build strength, balance, and control.

Held at sunset in our open-air studio, the sound journey is a soothing experience that uses healing vibrations to help you relax, reset, and reconnect deeply.
